Paul Tangirrala

Chairman and Managing Director

Paul is a first-generation entrepreneur who founded and promoted several successful businesses in HR, IT and Infrastructure. He is an alumnus of Loyola College, Chennai and a Postgraduate from SIMS, Pune. He has extensive experience in entrepreneurship, business management, and consulting. Apart from founding Lapsys Infotech, he has promoted and been in the boards of Iconium Consulting Group, Talent Staffing Services, Jaypee Infra Developers and Qualltek Solutions. He is a Charter Member of TiE and member of ERA, CII and NASSCOM.

PVS Prasad

Director - Infra Solutions

An Engineer with extensive experience in the institutional sales of IT products and solutions, Prasad has been instrumental in building the Infra Solutions business of Lapsys Infotech and successfully created a client base of over 300 enterprises. Prior to co-founding Lapsys Infotech, he had a long stint with a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. His networking, sales and marketing skills and thorough understanding of the channel business forms the backbone of the company.

JK Ezhil Perinbadass

Director - IT Services

Ezhil carries about 14 years of rich experience in software development, operations management, technology and management consulting. He was an institutional member of Ma Foi, the global management consulting group and was instrumental in building the software development and consulting practice for the group from scratch. He has architected, developed and implemented numerous mission-critical enterprise applications on various domains. He holds an MBA in Finance and a Masters Diploma in Software Technology. Ezhil brings a rare combination of technical, managerial and consulting skills, domain expertise and a proven ability of demanding the best out of technology and delivering to businesses.
